About Ping Health
Ping Health, LLC is a licensed insurance agency located at 121 W Trade Street, Unit 2610, Charlotte, NC 28202. We help consumers understand and compare Medicare Advantage plans and assist with enrollment. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans that we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

SMS Text Messaging Program
Ping Health, LLC offers an optional SMS text messaging program for customer care. When you provide a mobile phone number on our contact form and check the separate SMS consent box, you agree to receive non-marketing customer care text messages from Ping Health about plan status, enrollment confirmations, appointment reminders, and coverage notices. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting a consultation or purchasing any product or service.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Ping Health SMS program. By opting in you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-enroll, submit our contact form again with the SMS consent box checked.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email info@pinghealth.com, or call 800-211-9288.
- Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.
- Supported carriers. The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carrier availability may change without notice.
- Changes to your number. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us at info@pinghealth.com so that we can update our records.
- Privacy. We do not share or sell SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. How we collect, use, and protect your mobile number and consent information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to Ping Health and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
